Booking process

If you are interested, send us a non-binding reservation. 

After checking the reservation, we will contact you by e-mail confirming your date, payment instructions and conditions of the reservation and cancellation policy (listed below).

After receiving the reservation email, you have 5 working days to pay either the full amount of the accommodation or 30% deposit in advance. Your reservation becomes binding once we have received your payment. In case of payment of a deposit, you are required to pay the remaining part of the price of accommodation no later than the day of your arrival.

At the time of payment for accommodation you will receive an e-mail confirming payment and further instructions.

Cancellation Policy

If the advance payment is not sent to our account within 5 working days, the reservation will be canceled.

If you do not pay the remaining amount on time, the deposit becomes non-refundable and your reservation is canceled.

In case of cancellation after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay, the deposit will be non-refundable.
